Discover the magic of shaping clay: give volume to your piece, work with slabs, and experiment with engobes. Create an object inspired by the medieval world – a candlestick, cup, animal figure, or initial letter, etc. – which will be transformed after glazing and firing at 1030¿°C in the workshop of Anastasia Schneider of CAIRN Céramique.
The workshop is presented in connection with the castle’s history, offering a unique experience that combines history and craftsmanship.
Finished creations can be picked up about two weeks after firing, either in Colmar or Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine.
By reservation, subject to availability.
This workshop is suitable for children from 6 years old when accompanied by an adult (one creation for two) and from 8 years old independently (one creation per person).
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
